Senior React JS Lead (Micro-Frontends)
We are looking for a Senior React Lead to drive our frontend architecture toward a highly scalable,
Micro-Frontend (MFE) ecosystem. You will balance hands‑on architecture with technical team leadership to break down complex enterprise systems into autonomous, high‑performing micro‑apps.
- Architect MFEs: Design and maintain a modular frontend using runtime integration and decoupled deployment strategy.
- Lead & Mentor: Establish engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor mid‑to‑senior engineers.
- Collaborate: Bridge communication between Product, UX, and Backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- MFE Patterns: Advanced experience with Webpack 5 Module Federation
, single-spa
, or custom shell orchestrators. - Monorepos: Proficiency managing large‑scale work spaces using Nx or Turborepo
. - React Ecosystem: Mastery of React 18+, Type Script, and modern state management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit).
