As a proactive Warehouse Coordinator, you will support the Kettering operation by ensuring that daily activities run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards of safety and customer service. You will coordinate the warehouse workflow across inbound, outbound, stock, and value‑added processes, allocate work, support and develop operatives, maintain operational performance, and ensure that customer expectations are consistently met and exceeded.

Coordinate day‑to‑day warehouse operations, allocate work, and keep inbound, outbound, picking and stock activities running smoothly. Ensure KPIs are met, support and guide operatives on the floor, maintain strong relationships with the client, uphold high Health & Safety standards, resolve issues quickly, and keep processes accurate and compliant. You will be the driving force that keeps the warehouse operating efficiently, safely and customer‑focused.

Hands‑on warehouse professional with experience in fast‑paced operations, confident in allocating work and guiding small teams. Ideal candidates possess strong stock awareness, solid reporting and Microsoft Office skills, and can stay calm, organised and customer‑focused under pressure. Reliability, flexibility and natural communication are essential. Experience with WMS systems or stock‑control training is a bonus, but the right attitude and operational know‑how are key.
