Warehouse Front Line Manager

Iron Mountain is hiring a motivated Warehouse First Line Manager to join our Operations Group team. In this role, you will lead a team of warehouse operatives to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate daily operations, maintaining high standards of productivity and inventory accuracy while managing inbound and outbound activities in a collaborative environment.

This role has four positions. Two will be based on a 4 on 4 off schedule from 6am to 6pm. The other two will follow a 5 over 7 schedule from 6am to 2pm for a period of 3‑6 months, after which they will transition to the 4 on 4 off schedule.

• Supervise, coach, and support warehouse personnel by preparing shift plans, allocating tasks, and overseeing daily warehouse operations to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and transport providers to act as the primary liaison, managing customer escalations and creating handover reports.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations by conducting daily safety checks, managing weekly system tests for fire alarms, and leading incident investigations.

• Intermediate‑level experience with established skills in effectively managing and motivating fast‑paced warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control processes, Key Performance Indicators, and health and safety regulations.
• Proven ability in organizational multitasking, problem‑solving, and exercising sound judgment under moderate supervision.
• Demonstrated competency and training in using warehouse management systems, planning tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
