MTM is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our team and manage a critical function of our operations: our accounts payable.

As a Finance Associate specializing in Accounts Payable (AP), you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all outgoing payments to our vendors and suppliers. You will be part of MTM’s dynamic Finance Team based in Kewanee, IL.

• Invoice Management:
  Review, code, and process high volumes of vendor invoices with precision.
• Three-Way Matching:
  Perform matching of purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices.
• Payment Cycles:
  Prepare and execute weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Vendor Relations:
  Primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and statement reconciliations.
• Expense Reports:
  Process employee expense reports and ensure policy compliance.
• Month-End Support:
  Assist with month-end closing tasks, including accruals.
• Audit Readiness:
  Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in manufacturing.
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP software (Acumatica, SAP, Quick Books) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills.
