We are looking for an A-Level Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team!
The right candidate will have an extensive service technician background with over 5 years of experience. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done, while overseeing lower level technicians and offering support.

- Diagnose and perform advanced mechanical and electrical repairs, including engine overhauls, transmission diagnostics, and hybrid/EV systems.
- Utilize Ford IDS and other OEM diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Perform in-depth warranty repairs and ensure compliance with Ford service standards.
- Mentor and guide B-Level and entry-level technicians, assisting with their development and training.
- Execute advanced vehicle programming and software updates.
- Work closely with Service Advisors to provide accurate estimates and communicate repair needs.
- Maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy in all repair work.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on automotive service technician experience.
- Ford Master Technician or equivalent ASE certifications preferred.
- Expertise in engine, transmission, electrical, and hybrid/EV system repairs.
- Strong proficiency in Ford diagnostic tools (IDS, FDRS, or equivalent).
- Ability to lead and mentor lower-level technicians.
- Valid U.S. driver's license with a safe driving record.
