Position Overview
First Congregational Church SBC is currently seeking a gifted and passionate individual to enhance its music ministries.
FCC SBC is a theologically rooted congregation committed to being biblically faithful to Christ and to one another. As a Baptist church affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention, we prioritize sound doctrine, meaningful worship, and authentic community.
We average approximately 85-90 worshippers each Sunday, with a membership exceeding 100. Located in Kewanee, Illinois—a community of about 12,000 residents—we are positioned between the larger metro areas of Peoria and the Quad Cities.

Role Responsibilities- Assist the pastor in creating a worship environment that encourages congregational singing and worship through music.
- Lead worship services on Sunday mornings.
- Lead and develop the current praise team and choir.
