Occupational Therapist (OT)

Kewanee, IL

Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | Onsite | Multi-Site Coverage

• Provide occupational therapy services across multiple facility locations on a rotating schedule
• Deliver patient care on a split-site basis, covering various locations throughout the week
• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with occupational therapy standards of practice
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation for all patient encounters
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient goals and outcomes

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Illinois
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current NBCOT certification
• Ability to travel to and work across multiple facility locations as assigned

• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Experience managing a caseload across multiple sites simultaneously
