Key Responsibilities
  • Process and accurately dispense prescriptions while ensuring patient safety.
  • Counsel patients on medication use and health concerns.
  • Administer immunizations and support health programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of controlled substances.
  • Lead and model excellent customer service and team collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Utilize data and community insights to improve care and address health issues.
  • Support quality patient care by promoting safety, error reporting, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent.
  • Valid pharmacy license.
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.
  • Strong communication, professional judgment, and adaptability skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and lead within a community-focused environment.
