Assist clients with insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
- Generate new business through the provided leads and referrals
- Present and explain insurance coverage options clearly and accurately
- Deliver excellent customer service and ongoing account support
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
- Sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, ethical, and customer‑focused mindset
- Be coachable
- Ability to obtain and maintain state insurance licenses
