Centurion Health is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Evening shift at the Kewanee Life Skills Re-Entry Center in Kewanee, IL. The RN will provide holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor.
The role requires an Associate's degree, an active RN license (or ability to obtain one), CPR certification, and eligibility for security clearance.
