As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will spearhead quality control initiatives to ensure our manufacturing outputs consistently exceed industry benchmarks. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence by implementing robust audit frameworks and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our production facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive production audits and risk assessments to maintain high manufacturing standards.
  • Champion a Built-In-Quality philosophy by managing root cause analysis, corrective actions, and effective problem‑solving workflows.
  • Analyze statistical data and product specifications to establish reliability benchmarks for finished assemblies.
  • Develop and implement rigorous inspection criteria, guiding teams to ensure strict adherence to quality protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional plant leadership to align quality objectives with production goals and cost‑efficiency targets.
  • Manage vendor quality relationships to ensure all incoming components meet our stringent material requirements.
  • Oversee team performance, including training, scheduling, and professional development, to ensure consistent adherence to organizational policies.
Qualifications Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 4–5 years of professional experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or engineering environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and data reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a commitment to accountability and decision‑making.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support facility operations.
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) methodologies.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining quality management systems (QMS).
  • Proven track record in resolving complex customer quality complaints and implementing preventative measures.
