• Build high‑quality post‑frame (pole barn) structures according to plans and specifications
• Install footings, frame walls and roofs, set windows and doors, and apply metal and wood finishes
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work site
• Work as part of a motivated crew that values safety, quality, and teamwork

• Minimum 1 year of post‑frame or pole barn construction experience (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license or ability to meet at the Kewanee shop by 6:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and climb to heights of up to 30 feet
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed based on project schedules

Starting pay
: $18.00‑$25.00/hour (more experience = higher pay)

60‑day performance‑based raise opportunity

Weekly pay

• Overtime (1.5x) for hours over 40

Regular bonus pay for projects completed on time or early
