This position requires coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing warehouse duties, maintaining accurate inventory, and guaranteeing timely delivery of materials to support production timelines.

The ideal candidate performs well in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and demonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving skills.## What you will experience in this position:

Logistics & Transportation
* Manage domestic and international shipments, including selecting carriers, scheduling, and tracking.
* Prepare and review shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, customs paperwork as needed).
* Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues.
* Optimize freight costs while maintaining service levels.
* Partner with production, procurement, and customer service teams to meet delivery commitments.
* Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and carriers.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and warehouse processes.## Warehouse Operations
* Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.
* Maintain accurate and timely management of materials received and dispatched.
* Operate forklift equipment per safety policy including daily lift inspections.
* Maintain organized warehouse layout and ensure accurate material handling practices.
* Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory processes.
* Promote a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment.## You have:
* High school diploma or GED.
* 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Understanding of shipping and receiving procedures along with inventory control.
* Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
* Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook).
* Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.
* Forklift certification (or ability to acquire).
* Understanding of shipping regulations at both national and international levels.## Key Proficiencies:

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
* Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
* Ability to occasionally bend 90 degrees & twist 45 degrees.
