Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to requests from members and supervisors.
  • Maintains member’s confidential information secure.
  • Greet members and guests and complete the registration process to include, but not limited to, inputting and retrieving information from the computer and assessing eligibility for member’s guests.
  • Answer telephone within 3 rings, takes messages and provides information as needed.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the club including, hours of operation, beach and weather conditions, special members events, and general club rules.
  • Respond to member’s inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Takes restaurant reservations and keeps accurate record of these in the computer or thru manual input in reservations book.
  • Creates membership cards for members.
  • Communicates professionally and efficiently via email and/or phone calls with supervisors, members and guests.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, reports maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to supervisors.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Able and willing to work all weekends and holidays and agrees to a flexible schedule.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of front desk agent experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Physically agile, and able to stand for extended periods.
  • Available to work shifts, nights, weekends and on public holidays.
