Hive of Thinkrs is hiring a dynamic, enthusiastic, and experienced Reading Instructor to teach the verbal and reading/writing sections of the ISEE, SSAT, SAT, and ACT. • Teach reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and writing strategies tailored to standardized test formats.
• Develop engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and adapt instruction for individual student needs.
• Administer and analyze diagnostic tests to track progress and refine instruction.
• Communicate regularly with parents on student progress and growth plans.
• Collaborate with the Learning Experience Manager to enhance curriculum and instruction strategies.
• Promote a fun, positive, and growth-oriented learning environment.

• Have previous tutoring or teaching experience in reading or test prep (ISEE/SSAT/SAT/ACT).
• Love working with children and teens and have a friendly, upbeat personality.
• Have or are currently studying a degree in English, Education, Literature, Creative Writing, or a similar field.
• Are passionate about education and believe in making learning fun and meaningful.
• Possess excellent communication skills and strong content knowledge in language arts.
• Are adaptable, organized, and excited to be part of an innovative and growing company.
