Senior Associate – Finance & Transformation Consulting

Miami – 2-3 days on site and travel required

Stelvio are working with a client that partners with middle-market businesses to deliver meaningful operational and financial improvement. The company works closely with leadership teams to support transformation initiatives through hands-on financial analysis, strategic guidance, and performance improvement programs.

The role is suited to someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, working directly with senior stakeholders, and contributing across a variety of high-impact client engagements.

You will work alongside client leadership teams to identify financial risks and opportunities, support operational decision-making, and deliver analytical insights that drive business performance. This is a highly collaborative role involving financial modelling, project management, and cross-functional engagement across multiple client environments.

• Support clients through financial and operational improvement initiatives
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools
• Develop and manage 13-week cash flow models
• Support working capital improvement initiatives across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory management
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Deliver dashboard and reporting tool development
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insight and decision support
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and manage work streams through completion
• Build strong client relationships across engagements
• Contribute to business development activities including presentations and internal materials

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Investment Banking, Consulting, or similar environments
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Experience working with financial systems and reporting tools
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across different levels of an organisation
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to travel as required

• MBA, CPA, or other relevant postgraduate qualification
• Experience presenting to Executive Leadership teams
• Advanced forecasting, modelling, and financial systems expertise
