Senior Associate – Finance & Transformation Consulting Miami – 2-3 days on site and travel required

Stelvio are working with a client that partners with middle‑market businesses to deliver meaningful operational and financial improvement. The company works closely with leadership teams to support transformation initiatives through hands‑on financial analysis, strategic guidance, and performance improvement programs.

The role is suited to someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, working directly with senior stakeholders, and contributing across a variety of high‑impact client engagements.

You will work alongside client leadership teams to identify financial risks and opportunities, support operational decision‑making, and deliver analytical insights that drive business performance. This is a highly collaborative role involving financial modelling, project management, and cross‑functional engagement across multiple client environments.

• Support clients through financial and operational improvement initiatives
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools
• Develop and manage 13‑week cash flow models
• Support working capital improvement initiatives across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory management
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Deliver dashboard and reporting tool development
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insight and decision support
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects and manage work streams through completion
• Build strong client relationships across engagements
• Contribute to business development activities including presentations and internal materials

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Investment Banking, Consulting, or similar environments
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Experience working with financial systems and reporting tools
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across different levels of an organisation
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to travel as required

• MBA, CPA, or other relevant postgraduate qualification
• Experience presenting to Executive Leadership teams
• Advanced forecasting, modelling, and financial systems expertise
