We're looking for a passionate, high-energy Senior Beverage Manager to take the reins of our elevated, high-volume beverage operation. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, systems, and results. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in managing complex beverage programs within upscale, high-volume operations.

Pay: $85,000 + bonus / year
Beverage Program Management- Maintain and update the beverage menu regularly, considering market trends, guests' preferences, and seasonal offerings.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing beverage supplies.
- Ensure accurate and efficient cost control measures are in place to optimize profitability in restaurant and banquets.
- Uphold all beverage laws and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Ensure accurate inventory operations that include weekly purchasing budgets that include banquet operations.
- Train and educate the staff on beverage knowledge, service techniques, and proper pouring and presentation.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among the beverage team.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional beverage service and quality.
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews related to the beverage program, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create harmonious food and beverage pairings that enhance the overall guest experience.
- Extensive experience in managing beverage programs in upscale high volume dining establishments.
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, including current trends and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control techniques.
- Understanding of local regulations and compliance related to beverage service.
- Passion for providing excellent guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service procedures, strong background in hospitality in a full-service, upscale high-volume restaurant environment.
