This position will require being onsite and present to manage construction and advise on quality and productivity issues while monitoring work performance with productivity of subcontractors to ensure project plans and schedule are followed and to ensure project is executed effectively within budget and on time. This position also requires the applicant to develop and monitor construction schedules, manpower utilization, material handling, storage requirements and equipment use according to government and contractual guidelines.
Housing and stipend to be discussed upon interview.
- 5 years of DOD/DOE experience
- 5 years of experience in military construction with Airfield Lighting
- Must have completed the USACE /NAVFAC CQCM Course and Certificate.
- Be able to reliably commute or relocate
- Have a valid driver’s license
