• Greet guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times
• Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management, and coordinate appointments using tools like Square
• Provide customer support by answering inquiries promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Maintain a tidy spa, and check guests in and out

• Dependable and punctual
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize responsibilities
• Previous experience with front desk duties is a plus
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
