Description
The Student Success Coach assists with recruitment and retention of students for the Nextgen Opportunity Workforce (NOW) Scholarship.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Highly proficient with computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable with learning innovative technology and systems.
- High-level of discretion required when dealing with confidential matters.
- Ability to effectively work with College employees, donors, students, and the community.
- Possess outstanding customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Understanding of, and commitment to Equal Access/Equal Opportunity.
- Knowledge of College mission, policies, procedures, and services.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited two-year college or university with an Associate's Degree in a related field is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year related experience is required.
