Teach With Us In The Florida Keys

Monroe County School District is accepting applications for the  school year. Our district in the Florida Keys offers a comprehensive overview of our schools and addresses any questions you may have. These informative sessions are typically held every Wednesday afternoon from 4:00-5:00 pm EST.

Our instructional salary placement guide for the  school year offers compensation information for newly hired teachers. You can expect to earn between $62,700 and $104,700 annually depending on verified years of full-time, certified, K-12 teaching experience. We strongly encourage applicants to start the FL certification process as soon as possible. Processing with the FL Department of Education can take 90 days and will not begin until your application is complete, payment received, and hardcopy official transcripts showing degree(s) conferred are received at their office below:
