We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to support operations in Key West, FL
. This position is contingent on contract award, with an expected start date in May 2026. This is a full-time position requiring an active DoD Secret Clearance. This position may be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Act (SCLS)/Service Contract Act (SCA).

What You’ll Do

As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting lifecycle logistics management and maintaining reliable network and system operations for mission-critical assets that serve U.S. government missions. This role falls under Project Engineer within our compensation framework. You will:

  • Perform life cycle logistics management duties for GFP/physical assets. Provide primary Network Administrator site support.
  • Direct, coordinate, and functionally head planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.
  • Plan and formulate engineering programs.
  • Assign project personnel to specific phases or aspects of a project, such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and product testing, in accordance with engineering disciplines of staff.
  • Review product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Coordinate activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
  • Direct integration of technical activities and products.
  • Evaluate and approve design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.
  • Control expenditures within limitations of project budget.
  • Prepare interim and completion project reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience
    :
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Experience with network administration and/or lifecycle logistics support
  • Certifications
    :
  • IAT Level II
  • Must have a current and active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies

Travel & Passport

  • Some overnight stays possible.
  • Must have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements.
Physical &

Work Environment Requirements
  • Periods of prolonged sitting and/or standing, including desk-based computer work.
  • Travel between work locations, including company offices, customer sites, and government installations.
  • Occasional extended work hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
  • Transport and use of work equipment, such as laptops and job-related tools, during site visits.
  • Work is performed in a secure facility where personal electronic devices may be restricted.
  • Physical activities may include bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials, consistent with established one-person lift guidelines.
  • Use of tools, equipment, and machinery as required for the role.
  • Communication with team members, customers, and stakeholders through verbal and written methods.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work under deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Interaction with others in dynamic environments, including situations requiring problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Compliance with applicable medical or travel requirements for certain assignments, including domestic or international travel, as required by governing authorities.
