Senior Credit Analyst – Key West, FL

Salary: $65,000 per year (Direct Hire).

A Senior Credit Analyst responsible for evaluating loan applications, preparing detailed credit analysis reports, providing guidance to junior analysts, and collaborating with commercial lenders to ensure quality underwriting and appropriate loan structuring.

• Produce independent credit analysis reports detailing strengths and weaknesses of loan proposals.
• Provide direction and mentorship to less experienced analysts.
• Work closely with commercial lenders to develop a seamless underwriting process.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis of corporate financial statements, individual tax returns, and personal financial statements.
• Compile and submit various monthly reports and multiple ad‑hoc project reports.
• Analyze complex and involved credit requests, ensuring accurate credit decisions and appropriate loan structure and securitization.

• 5–10 years of credit analysis experience within the banking industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (or advanced degree/substantial related experience).
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with credit analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workloads.
• Demonstrated accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness in an analytical environment.
