Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with Highgate Hotel standards;
Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner;
Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation in a timely manner;
Maintain and operate the Front Desk computer system and PBX console; log and deliver packages, mail and messages;
Balance and prepare shift paperwork and complete related reports (bucket check, room rate verification, housekeeping)
