Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with Highgate Hotel standards.;
Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.;
Maintain and operate PBX console and Front Desk computer system; log and deliver packages, mail, and messages.;
Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.;
Balance and prepare shift closing paperwork and assist with daily reports.
