Casa Marina Key West and The Reach Key West, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, is looking for a Complex Assistant Director of Housekeeping to join their leadership team!
This exciting career opportunity will oversee all housekeeping operations at both beautiful resorts. Casa Marina Key West is nestled along the southern edge of the island – overlooking more than 1,100 feet of beach reserved exclusively for hotel guests. With 311 guest rooms, multiple food & beverage offerings, and more than 11,000 square feet of function space, this historic property is a landmark of the grace, charm and tranquility of Old Key West and location on Key West's largest private beach.
In addition, this position will also oversee all housekeeping efforts for The Reach resort, which boasts 150 guestrooms, 1 restaurant and 4,300+ square feet of meeting space.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a keen eye for detail, proven success in overseeing a large team, and a talent for mentoring and developing others. Luxury hotel background is preferred, and at least 2-3 years of Housekeeping Management experience is required.

Responsibilities- Support housekeeping operations: Assist the Director in overseeing all housekeeping operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation
- Ensure high quality standards: Oversee and uphold cleanliness, service, and product quality standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas
- Direct daily operations: Plan, distribute, and delegate daily, weekly, and long-term housekeeping assignments
- Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team
- Ensure regulatory compliance: Oversee the proper use and handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies, ensuring safety standards and training compliance
