As the Overnight Front Office Supervisor, you'll serve as the Manager on Duty during the overnight shift, ensuring our guests receive outstanding service while overseeing the hotel's overnight operations. This leadership role combines guest service, front office operations, and night audit responsibilities to help ensure a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

What You'll Do

* Serve as the overnight Manager on Duty and primary point of contact for guests

* Complete nightly audit and reporting procedures accurately and on time

* Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, and special requests

* Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care

* Assist with luggage and other guest service needs as needed

* Partner with the Security team to help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues

* Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth overnight operations

* Deliver the warm, authentic hospitality that Hyatt is known for
