Supervisor - Housekeeping

Hilton Hotels -  - Responsibilities:
Supervise the housekeeping team:
Lead, train, oversee, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas;
Oversee room readiness:
Assign, inspect, and verify room status, promptly reporting any discrepancies;
Oversee operational logistics:
Monitor work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program;
Coordinate maintenance needs:
Partner with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues;
Support housekeeping operations:
Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels
