Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa in Old Town Key West is seeking a motivated and dependable Housekeeping Houseperson to join our exceptional Housekeeping team. You will support Room Attendants and maintain public spaces to create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities- Stock housekeeping carts and linen closets with supplies to support daily room operations.
- Assist Room Attendants with guestroom cleanliness and housekeeping requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned public areas and back-of-house spaces.
- Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly.
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and perform Public Areas Attendant duties as needed.
- Support the Housekeeping team in maintaining Hyatt's high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry moderate amounts of weight and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
Flexible schedule with availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
