Remington Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Set up orders and deliver to rooms within approximately 20-30 minutes.;
Develop a complete knowledge of menus, dish and glassware service, and utilize that knowledge in the service of guests as needed.;
Follow proper tray set up for all orders, including silverware, napkins, appropriate condiments, beverages, any special requests, etc.;
Check complete food order to ensure all have been set on tray for delivery.;
Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, maintaining positive guest relations at all times.
