Greet guests courteously and check guests in and out of the property management system;
Maintain and communicate knowledge of hotel and marina services, hours of operation, rates, and promotions;
Monitor arrival emails and respond to guest requests;
Check in Resort Pass guests and handle related procedures;
Monitor and respond to Helix notifications and emergency procedures;
Conduct inventory of and restock supplies; balance cash drawer and perform shift audits;
Maintain security of guest keys and cash drawer and verify cash at end of shift;
Ensure guest accounts are accurate and flag any anomalies to supervisor
