WE AREThe Marquesa Hotel is looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our award-winning team.

A day in the life...We are a small boutique luxury property located in the heart of Old Town Key West, FL. A Front Desk Agent greets guests, manages check-ins/outs, handles reservations, answers calls, processes payments, and resolves issues, acting as the first point of contact to ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements You own this if you have...Previous front desk experience and a can-do team attitude is what we are looking for.
- Computer and software proficiency:
Efficiently using a keyboard, logging in/out, and navigating the operating system(s) - Internet and web navigation:
Using web browsers, searching for information, and utilizing company online software system(s) - Must be able to exert physical effort in lifting 5 pounds to 50 pounds on occasion
- Push/Pull 50 + pounds
- Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas
- Remain in mobile and standing position for at least 8 hours throughout work shift
- Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and with other departments and interdepartmentally
- Must have positive attitude
