Bellperson

Southernmost Beach Resort in Key West, FL is seeking a friendly, energetic Bellperson to welcome guests and create a seamless arrival and departure experience. In this hospitality-focused role, you will greet guests, assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, explain resort amenities, and provide information about local attractions and activities. You'll coordinate closely with the front desk and valet teams to ensure prompt, courteous service.

The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, able to lift and carry luggage safely, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-based beach resort environment. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm, professional attitude
• Safely assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage
• Escort guests to rooms, explaining room features and resort amenities
• Provide information and recommendations on resort services and local attractions
• Coordinate with front desk and valet teams for smooth guest arrival/departure
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, bell stand, and entry areas
• Respond promptly to guest requests for assistance or information
• Handle luggage storage and retrieval accurately and efficiently
• Follow safety procedures for lifting, transporting items, and guest interaction
• Support overall guest satisfaction and resolve minor issues or concerns
