Casa Marina Key West and The Reach Key West, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, is looking for a Social Events/Wedding Room Manager to join the catering and events team.

This exciting career opportunity will oversee Wedding Room Blocks at both beautiful resorts.

Casa Marina Key West is nestled along the southern edge of the island – overlooking more than 1,100 feet of beach reserved exclusively for hotel guests. With 311 guest rooms, multiple food & beverage offerings,and more than 11,000 square feet of function space, this historic property is a landmark of the grace, charm and tranquility of Old Key West and location on Key West's largest private beach.

The Reach Resort boasts 150 guestrooms, 1 restaurant and 4,300+ square feet of meeting space.

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You

In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing guest room revenue associated with wedding events and social celebrations while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The manager serves as the primary liaison for wedding room blocks, VIP accommodations, guest arrivals, and room-related services to ensure seamless execution from booking through departure.

As a Wedding Rooms Manager, you’re not just generating and managing events – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Manage wedding room blocks from contract execution through event completion.
• Negotiate rates, prepare contracts, and maintain room blocks in Delphi.fdc, OnQ, and R&I systems.
• Serve as the primary contact for wedding accommodations, working closely with couples, planners, and guests.
• Coordinate rooming lists, reservation activity, inventory management, and pickup reporting.
• Partner with Revenue Management to optimize room block performance and maximize occupancy.
• Monitor booking pace, cutoff dates, and communicate updates to clients.
• Arrange VIP accommodations, upgrades, amenities, and special guest requests.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Housekeeping teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare and distribute group resumes outlining event details and operational requirements.
• Resolve guest concerns related to reservations, accommodations, billing, and room assignments.
• Identify opportunities to increase room revenue through upgrades and enhanced guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate contracts, rooming lists, reports, and client communications.
• Participate in client meetings, planning sessions, and site tours as needed.
• Analyze room block performance, prepare recap reports, and support operational initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards while delivering outstanding service and professionalism.
