ARC Group is seeking a highly skilled Spanish Linguist with an active Secret security clearance for an on-site opportunity in beautiful Key West, Florida. This position is ideal for candidates who are currently local to the area or are willing to relocate independently.

Our client is a rapidly growing organization with opportunities spanning language services, cultural advisory, training and instruction, IT, cybersecurity, and intelligence operations (including CI, HUMINT, SIGINT, and analysis roles). The selected candidate will provide mission-critical linguistic support to intelligence operations, enabling timely and informed operational decision-making.

The Spanish Linguist will support intelligence operations by providing advanced-level translation, interpretation, transcription, and analytical linguistic services across a wide range of classified and operational materials.

• Provide linguistic support to CI, HUMINT, SIGINT, and OSINT missions through translation, interpretation, and exploitation of foreign-language materials
• Deliver accurate translation, transcription, and interpretation of intelligence-related content
• Translate and interpret materials including legal, technical, military, political, scientific, and government documents
• Provide simultaneous interpretation during operational engagements, briefings, meetings, and conferences
• Provide consecutive interpretation during interviews, debriefings, and operational discussions
• Summarize documents, conduct bilingual comparisons, and support intelligence reporting requirements
• Extract actionable intelligence from foreign-language sources in support of operational objectives
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism in classified environments

• Active Secret security clearance
• Spanish proficiency of 4+/4+ or higher (ILR scale)
• English proficiency of 3+/3+ or higher (ILR scale)
• Experience supporting CI, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, or related intelligence operations
• Experience with MEDEX, CELLEX, DOMEX, or similar intelligence exploitation processes
• Demonstrated ability to provide accurate translation, transcription, and interpretation in operational settings
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify relevant intelligence information

• Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), or federal law enforcement missions
• Prior deployed or operational intelligence experience in high-tempo environments
• Familiarity with intelligence reporting standards and exploitation workflows
• Experience working with classified intelligence operations
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
