Southernmost Beach Resort in Key West seeks an Engineering Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department. In the absence of the Director and/or Assistant, the Supervisor will assume the administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel for the Engineering department.
The role requires supervising and training engineers, ensuring compliance with laws and safety standards, and participating in energy conservation initiatives to maximize asset value.
