Keys Dental Specialists is a contrarian dental collective owned specialty dental organization focused on patient education, ethical care, and clinical excellence. Unlike corporate dentistry, we prioritize outcomes over production and believe dentistry is healthcare, not retail.

We are hiring a Social Media Content Creator with experience in video content creation, digital marketing, and social media management to support our growing dental brand.

This role focuses on creating educational, trust-building content for Instagram and You Tube, including short-form video (Reels, Shorts) and long-form educational content related to dental implants, specialty dentistry, and patient care.

• Create, film, and edit social media content for Instagram and You Tube
• Develop short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Tik Toks-styIe)
• Produce educational dental and healthcare content
• Collaborate with dentists and specialists to capture in-office video Write SEO-friend
  
  Iy captions, hooks, and descriptions
• Maintain a consistent brand voice focused on education and trust Monitor content performance and optimize engagement

• Experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Digital Marketing Content Creator
• Video editing experience (Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Strong communication, storytelling, and content planning skills
• Comfortable working in a healthcare or dental office environment
• Ability to manage deadlines and content schedules

• Experience in dental marketing, healthcare marketing, or medical content creation
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and content trends
• Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and social media growth
• Graphic design experience (Canva or Adobe)
