Position PurposeAssociates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. They may direct customers to store departments or merchandise, answer questions on product order status, handle cash management or program compliance, and support core store objectives with operational responsibilities.
Individuals must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers, be detail-oriented, demonstrate time management skills, and maintain integrity at all times.
