Shift supervisor, Retail

Be part of a winning team! Ron Jon Surf Shop Key West is currently seeking a full time Retail Store Shift Supervisor. This Shift Supervisor role supports daily retail operations and acts as a key holder and assistant manager on duty when needed. The Shift Supervisor works front line sales, delivers exceptional customer service and helps manage the sales floor and back of house functions.

Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, cash handling, POS transactions, inventory support, visual merchandising, and back-of-house operations. This position works closely with store management to ensure operational excellence in a high-volume retail and tourism environment.

This position is full time, 40 hours per week. Hourly pay will be discussed upon interview. Must have previous leadership or supervisory experience.
