CROSSMARK is seeking creative, team-oriented individuals eager to collaborate with major retail vendors to make a lasting impact on customers. As a Retail Merchandiser Specialist, you'll be responsible for executing retail tasks that drive superior results for our clients.

• Schedule and execute tasks weekly to achieve execution objectives.
• Perform retail merchandising tasks efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Accurately report completed tasks using designated systems on the same day.
• Communicate with store personnel about tasks, sales activities, and promotions.
• Complete required training and certification programs.
• Engage daily with CROSSMARK's communication tools for planning and reporting.
• Implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned.
• Participate in team tasks and client work as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service while building professional relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all company equipment.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and responsibilities.
• This role averages 16-20 hours per week, with flexibility based on business needs.

• Education/
  
  Experience:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Physical Demands:
  Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 60 pounds occasionally. Significant driving may be required.

  Skills:
  
  Proficient with PCs and familiar with Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Transportation:
  Reliable transportation is essential, able to travel at least forty miles for tasks.
• Driving:
  Maintain a valid driver's license and meet state-required auto insurance coverage.
• Background Checks:
  Associates must pass a standard background check and drug screening as required.
• Work Environment:
  Retail store setting with potential for early mornings (4-5am), overnight travel, weekends, and holidays.
