Job Details

Part‑time Sleep Expert who elevates and enhances the customer’s in‑store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best‑in‑class products. The role involves executing MFRM selling programs with digital tools, supporting a seamless omnichannel experience, and representing the Mattress Firm brand in all interactions.

• Follow company procedures for product transfers to ensure proper documentation of inventory
• Work within the district based on business needs
• Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date
• Assist in completing store inventory counts as assigned by leadership
• Execute company initiatives and any other activities requested by supervisor
• Follow open and closing procedures
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe work environment for all
• Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, department, and company
• Adhere to all company policies and execute company standards on appearance and functionality, as well as appropriate brand representation
• Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations
• Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts
• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers, serving as subject matter expert
• Adhere to all sales processing policies to ensure proper creation and execution of customer invoicing
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
• Assist in processing inventory counts

Competitive pay range of $35,000‑$55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible leadership and individual‑contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
