Store Receptionist

Location:

Key West, FL

Duration: 3 months

Description:

• Enthusiastically greet customers upon entering and exiting the Sears store.
• Provide consistent excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
• Assist with service‑related tasks.
• Perform clerical functions.
• Answer phone calls.
• Direct customers.
• Support PA’s in the store.
• Handle cashiering, register, and completing purchases.
• Make outbound calls to customers to book appointments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must have or be pursuing a High School diploma or GED.
• Customer service‑oriented.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service helpful.
• Energized by challenge and thrives in a goal‑oriented environment.
• On feet most of the day.
• No sales required.
• Basic computer skills.
