Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with inquiries about parts and services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory control, organize parts inventory, and ensure accuracy in stock levels and cataloging
• Provide price quotes and process orders efficiently, utilizing our bespoke database system
• Collaborate with service technicians to determine necessary parts for repairs and services
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails regarding parts queries and orders
• Perform regular stock checks and order parts from suppliers to maintain inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations regarding parts sales
