Perrykeywest in Key West is seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives across three hotel properties. The successful candidate will have over 5 years of hotel sales experience in a luxury environment and will manage strategic RFPs, coach the sales team, and build client relationships. Responsibilities include optimizing revenue, conducting performance evaluations, and collaborating with marketing. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Travel between properties is required.
