About the RoleAs a Sales Executive Trainee, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories.
Daily Responsibilities- Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations based on the background information obtained through discovery.
- Follow up on referrals or leads from Owners.
- Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
- Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, inform them of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities such as reloads and referrals.
- Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities.
- Welcome and greet all guests and anticipate and address their needs.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to team goals.
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements.
- The incumbent must maintain an active and in-good-standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
- One-year related experience is preferred.
- Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
