As a Marketing Coordinator Lead, a typical day will include:
* Acts as team lead and assists with scheduling needs.
* Provide feedback to managers regarding individual performances, recommend any additional training needed.
* Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
* Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
* Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
* Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
Guest Experience and Company Standards
* Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
* Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
* Contribute to team goals.
* Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a Marketing Coordinator Lead:
* Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
* Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
* Concierge, telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred.
* Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
* Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
