Vacation Sales Concierge

Overview

Coordinator Marketing In House role assisting owners and guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation moments while supporting sales presentations and marketing efforts at a vacation ownership resort.

• Schedule and manage sales presentations, ensuring all owners and guests meet eligibility requirements and are informed about products and services.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales and volume production goals.
• Use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs promptly.
• Interact professionally with colleagues and guests and contribute to team goals.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.

Reach overhead and below the knees; perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Meet any additional lifting requirements as needed.

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in concierge and/or sales preferred.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Background and drug screening required per state and local regulations.
