Position: IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) with Security Clearance
Duties
* You will be responsible for the Risk Management Framework process for assigned Facility-related Control Systems (FRCS).
* You will be responsible for the configuration management of assigned Facility-related Control Systems (FRCS).
* You will oversee and ensure appropriate security posture is implemented and maintained.
* You will assess the vulnerability of installed operational technology systems to provide a measure of risk avoidance within the overall risk management framework.
* You will review planning and management processes to verify application of cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices. Requirements Conditions of employment

* You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
* This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

* This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
* You may be required to work overtime to meet mission objectives. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following:
1) Applying DoD principles, policies, and practices to implement and manage a Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) program;
2) Using Federal, DoD, and/or DoN enterprise cybersecurity tools to conduct assessment and authorization (A&A) activities, track Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) compliance, and perform security assessments to evaluate complex IT and control systems; and
3) Applying Information Systems Security Management (ISSM) principles and methods and knowledge of security products and services to evaluate, recommend, implement, and disseminate IT security tools, procedures, and practices to protect information assets. In addition, your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. Education Cybersecurity Workforce Requirements:
This position has been designated as a Cyberspace Workforce position in the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) work role as identified above and, as a condition of employment, the incumbent of the position is required to obtain and maintain qualification in accordance with DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Management Program, February 15, 2023 and supporting Department of Navy policies.

This designation requires the incumbent to: 1. Obtain the foundational qualification within nine months and the residential qualification within 12 months of appointment and maintain those credentials as described in DoDM 8140.03 for DCWF work role(s) and proficiency level(s) as documented on this coding sheet.
