We are currently searching for a skilled HVAC service technician to join our team in the Key West, Florida area.
Responsibilities- Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and service repairs on HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment
- Adhere to HCAC codes, regulations, and Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA) standards
- Communicate with customers regarding system issues, explaining repairs, and providing recommendations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-years’ experience
- Commercial HVAC experience in mechanical service
- Specialized HVAC training either through an apprenticeship or certification program
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment, wiring, boilers, and building management systems
- EPA certification
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent customer service skills
- $40.00 - $50.00/hour
- Company vehicle
